Laboratory blood testing services such as Avise are covered by most insurance plans. Cypress Bioscience will bill the insurance company on your behalf if your complete insurance information is provided by your doctor’s office.
Cypress will bill you for patient co-payments, deductibles, or share of costs if required by your plan. To make payment easier for you, we accept payment by credit card. Cypress also offers a patient assistance program for those who can demonstrate financial hardship.
