We offer billing support in the event you have any questions.

Laboratory blood testing services such as Avise are reimbursed by most insurance plans. Exagen Diagnostics will bill the insurance company on your behalf if your complete insurance information is provided by your doctor's office.

Exagen will bill you for patient co-payments, deductibles, or share of costs if required by your plan. To make payment easier for you, we accept payment by credit card. Exagen also offers a patient assistance program for those who can demonstrate financial hardship.
