We will reach out to patients only when needed to ensure a seamless process.

• We will bill insurance companies on your patient's  behalf.
• Your patient may receive communication from their insurance company including an EOB - Explanation of Benefits. THIS IS NOT A BILL
• In today's world, the billing process is often complex and may take up to several months. To make the process more convenient, we will file an appeal on your patient's behalf if necessary.
  • If their insurance requires their authorization to submit an appeal, we will provide the necessary appeal paperwork. 

Exagen is a Medicare participating provider.

We bill Medicare directly. Patients are responsible for the amount Medicare determines to be the co-pay and deductible.

We are a Medicaid participating provider in many states.
